none of the codes cleared. Jeep still telling me I need an oil change, needed to have the spedometer calibrated, they "forgot." Sorry, as a first time customer there will be no second time.

Brought my Jeep in for the 30K service. Got it back and someone went 8 clicks deep and changed the color scheme in my radio. Also the speedometer settings were changed. Don’t understand why.

Failure to have the replacement equipment readily available during scheduled appointment. This is the second time for the same repair, wasting my time and requiring a shift in my schedule to accommodate an inconvenient timeframe due to the parts needing replacement. If this weren't warranty work I would have already gone elsewhere.

Austin was a pleasure, but we were told when we scheduled the service that the diagnostic test needed would be done then found out when we arrived that the techs for that leave early and would have to be done at a later date, which was somewhat disappointing.
