I was told I messed with my truck. Which I did not. I was never given a price for a fuel filter change. My truck was driven more then I believe it should have been. 1/8 tank of diesel fuel. Which was not replaced. I will be in tomorrow to talk to supervisors.

They didn't fix the tailgate and said that the problem is from the dent in the top of the tailgate that has been in tailgate since 2013 even though the truck was in your shop for a recall two years ago.

Had a appointment for 1045 . Decided to wait because I asked generally a time frame and I got noon as a finishing time . I decided to wait . After a run around and back and forth my truck wasn’t done until 145 . With an appointment this is completely ridiculous. Keep in mind I bought a 70,000 truck here with purchasing service ahead of time with a package to take care of all my oil changes for a while etc. there was something missed And the last excuse was that they forgot to rotate my tires so they are getting it back in to do that . I am understanding but 3 hours with a appointment is a joke . Then it was stated oh it took a while because the tech is new and being trained . Great so I got a new tech working on my 70,000 dollar truck now i feel worse about the situation . Just be honest and if something was messed up admit it. I’m loosing a lot of confidence in a dealership I trust. The last thing people want to to feel is that there truck was rushed because they forgot to put them in line correctly or something was missed . When techs are rushed it causes problems . I could tell there was something missed so I didn’t get in on the right time or something . This may seem tedious but I’m in business and I have a schedule . 2 hours I would of been fine but I don’t like the Run around I don’t feel the excuses were honest .
