Service Rep Jake was awesome and really tried to meet promises but the service bay is understaffed. My truck went to the glass shop twice. It sat in the bay for more than a day waiting to be put back together. 3.5 weeks to determine the leak was the sunroof and replace the sunroof. Shipping was 3-4 days once ordered. West Hills needs more service techs to support their customers. There are not enough for this community

Bryan was awesome. The fact that I needed him was awful. He turned a disaster into just a pain in the ****. Next time, less pressure on getting the sale so that Bryan doesn’t have to clean up the **** show that results.

They needed to order a part from another state so I left the car overnight no problem. In the morning they called and updated me the part was there and said the car would be ready later in the day. When I explained I would not be able to pick the car up after 1 as I had no ride back in, Darcey went out of her way and got with the technician and got the car in and fixed before 1. Outstanding service!

Austin was super helpful and accommodating to the whole situation. Got me in the same day my car started acting up and got me into a rental (free of charge) until they could fully service my vehicle. He kept me updated with all the steps they were taking and was very helpful.

My van was finished and I sat there waiting for someone to let me know after my van sat outside for fifteen minutes. I finally went and ask someone for assistance because my van was completed. Justin was no where in sight. I went out to my van after I paid for oil change and my van still had plastic on the seat and a paper floor mat that no one removed.
