Completely satisfied with Brian if it wasn't for him I would've flipped out it took a month to get a fuel filter, Brian was honest called me all the time let me know day-by-day what was going on he felt bad about it yeah Bryan is a good man

I am satisfied with the work that you did on my vehicle you guys always do a great job but I would like to point out that I had to reset my oil change computer myself because that was not done and they normally put a sticker up on my window and that was not done either I just you know kind of wanted to point that out that's something that I least I was looking at anyway. I know those are minor issues but sometimes it's the little things that bring customers back.

My experience was not good. The customer service was lacking. It started when I scheduled. I told the representative that I had an indicator light in my dash. Since my appointment was so late in the day I was told that they couldn’t address the issue until the next day. I received a call from Alex on Saturday and he tells me that he needs to call the extended warranty company to see if the they would cover what I needed. Then he called me back and told me that the warranty office wasn’t open on the weekend. I asked if someone can follow up on Monday since he is off. He said that he would forward it to his supervisor. I called Monday and left a message for Jake. No response. I called Tuesday and left message for Alex, Jake and manager Mark and got no response. I finally spoke to Mark, who then I transferred to Alex. He said that he is has to order the parts and my truck will be ready on Thursday no later than 2. When I hadn’t heard from anyone by 4 I started calling again. I left message for Alex, Jake and then finally got a hold of Mark where he again transferred to Alex. He said the parts came in but now there are indicator lights are still on. He had to keep my truck another. On Friday I called again to see what the status is and had to leave another message. We finally got a hold of Mark after my husband called. Communication is a big problem at this service center. If someone answered the phone and provided status on my vehicle! My husband and I both had to leave work early in several days because we thought my truck would be ready. It’s not easy sharing one vehicle. When I went to pick up my truck I just got excuses that the service center is under staffed. Your problem shouldn’t be my problem! People are looking for work so hire someone!
