After doing the scheduled work, I left your facility and my left signal indicator arrow did not work on my instrumental panel nor did the left arrow indicator for my four way flashers work. Please call me and we will make arrangements to resolve this issue.

Car came back with the front vents not working. Called around 1:35pm and was told I would receive a call back. Haven’t received a call yet to remedy the situation.

Not sure if it was just a busy day but today's visit was not one of my best experiences. For starters their appeared to be no employees managing the counter..it took roughly 15 minutes before being helped. I arrived at 2:30 and departed around 5:00 just for an oil change and tire rotation...not to mention I had an appointment. Plastic and paper cover was left in my vehicle...I actually walked myself out to my truck parked on the street..this was the first time this ever happened. I'm not upset, just not what my previous experiences has been like. Jake was professional and courteous. FYI...A new employee only 6 days on the job probably shouldn't be managing the counter alone.

Extremely unsatisfied. I was told it would only be an hour and 15 minutes. Once an hour and 15 minutes had passed a representative comes and tells me that the coolant needs to be changed if I wanted that to be done for an extra amount of money. I politely declined, and then he stated that the oil still needs to be drained so it’ll be another half hour. I thought to myself, shouldn’t that have been done during the hour and 15 minutes the vehicle was already back there? I guess not. Once my car was finished I paid and walked outside to see my car with black grease handprints on the hood. It what is annoying to see but I let it go. I drove away and went home. That night while driving to work, I felt a rough edge on the top of my steering wheel. Thinking maybe it was dirt or food I looked to wipe it off but found a few deep scratches on the top of my steering wheel in the delicate leather. This immediately upset me. I knew then that the workers were very careless with my vehicle. First seeing the grease and now seeing and feeling these two cuts in my leather steering wheel was absolutely upsetting. Driving home from work this morning I am immediately called the dealership, no one was able to speak with me at the time so I left a voicemail. This is very unacceptable. I go to the dealership for oil changes expecting professionalism but that was absolutely not what I got this time around. I am a night shift nurse and I am unfortunately going to bed now so I will probably not be able to pick up the phone this morning or afternoon. But I do expect to hear from someone regarding these issues.
