The individual in charge of interacting with me was completely unknowledgeable in regarded to the service being done and what I had requested. The individual was very present to deal with however he needs more training and experience with the job. Secondly I was offered an alignment that was really not needed as I had just had one done 14 days prior however, I felt it was best just to make sure everything was proper, upon driving the vehicle home I noticed that my steering wheel is now misaligned. I would bring it back however I have lost faith in your staffs ability to provide a quality product so I will take the 15 minutes to align it myself. I am happy with the TSB that was done as it has significantly improved the safety of my vehicle.

Jake Wiegel did an outstanding job yesterday while managing the service of my car. He was most patient and thorough while capturing the details of my concerns and creating a useful tool for the mechanic to efficiently work on my car. Jake also kept me well-informed about progress through the day. Stephen Rall also carefully and thoroughly addressed each issue I presented. Most impressive to me was Stephen’s detailed written documentation of his assessment and actions to address each of my complaints. I have never been so impressed and walked away feeling total confidence in the evaluation and repairs he completed. I know Stephen’s written documentation took more time away from repair work but from a customer perspective it was that level of detail and transparency that fosters a high degree of confidence that each concern was taken seriously and the vehicle was well cared for. I learned a lot. I observed an excellent display of teamwork between the service staff and mechanics yesterday. Many thanks to Jake and Stephen for fixing my vehicle’s problems and for modeling great service and teamwork at an auto dealership. Please express my sincere appreciation to both. Joshua was very friendly and professional and helpful, but I was not happy that it took almost 3 hours get get my vehicle back. After all it was only in for an oil change and new wiper blades. I had a 11am appointment and got my vehicle st approximately 2:45. To me that is unsatisfactory.

My truckmwas in for a recall for the driver side floor mat. I was in last Saturday for an oil change. I asked when my appointment was confirmed and the lady said the recall and oil change couldn't be done at the same time. The floormats took less than 5 minutes. Alex said they should have been done at the same time when asked. Not happy that I had to waste part of a Saturday for 5 minute recall.

Bryan was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. Originally my car was supposed to be in the shop for a few days, but Bryan and the service team were able to get the repairs done in only one day. This helped me out a lot as I would have had to make other arrangements for transportation to and from work if it weren’t for Bryan’s help. The most helpful person I have EVER worked with at West Hills, I’ll be returning to get my car serviced here more often because of my experience with Bryan. He is a huge asset to this company that completely changed my experience with them. I would thank to thank the service team as well who worked on my car and fully addressed all of my concerns.
