I scheduled this appointment in advance. I provided a brief explanation about the engine light to the service rep. and inquired about completing an oil change. I was informed that it would take an additional hour. The error code estimate time was 1 hour. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting I asked the service rep for an update and explained that I had been waiting for 2 1/2 hours when he quoted an hour. He grabbed my paperwork and said that he was about to tell me about the fix and then asked me my name. The service rep then said it would take another hour for the repairs. The repair was covered under my vehicle warranty. This completely inconvenienced me and caused me to miss another appointment.

Thank God for Austin. With him and I we were able to get my Jeep back just in time to make my trip south. My Jeep was dropped off in October with a 3 week estimate of completion. There was no reason it shouldn’t have done in November. I had other items I needed to do but since Darryl dropped the ball many times I barley made it. One thing I like to say, the call back is very important at least Austin kept in touch with me. Thank you Austin.

Lost keys, misinformation, other than the oil change nothing I asked to be done was done, my timing is critical as I have an extended warranty that will expire before you can get anything done. I wasted 3 weeks waiting for this appointment and all you did was try to up sell more services at my expense no real diagnosis. And creating further delays that could jeopardize warranty josh is not the problem the team failed! Horrible experience

We came in to have the perma windshield installed and running boards installed. We brought it in at 9am and was told it would be done in about 3 hours. Six hours later, we had to call to get a status and we were told the running boards were on back order so they were not installed. The dealership called us to set up this appointment so we trusted the running boards were available. This appointment should have only been set up for the windshield, and given that it could only be done if it is above 40 degrees and it’s winter, the time to drop off should have been later in the day.
