Austin was great! We happily bring our vehicles over all the way from Seattle to get them serviced at West Hills because we know people like Austin and the rest of the staff will make their very best effort to see that our service needs are met in a timely and cost efficient manner We the love West Hills Service Department! Troy did a great job! But, the Mechanic spilled /dumped diesel fluid all over my undercarriage, truck now smells bad. Guess I’ll have to degrease the undercarriage to get rid of the smell. I take pride in keeping my truck clean, mechanic could of done a better job. Thanks
