Even though we asked for written estimates several times, only the initial one was sent, not the one that added $2000 in charges. We would call and not get a response back. Our truck took 2 weeks to get done. When we stopped by to get an update on the truck found it parked on the road which we were not happy about at all. The person who was working when we paid for the repairs couldn't even tell us how long it had been done for. Very upsetting process.
