Bryan was great, and everyone I came in contact with was helpful. I have nothing negative to say about anyone. I came to have the steering gear box inspected since there is a TSB for the aluminum boxes, as well as checking the other steering components to try and rule anything out. I was told my Jeep is “excessively modified”. I would like to know your definition of “excessive” since it’s only a 2.5 inch lift and that’s the only modification. I understand if that’s how things are documented, just curious. Lastly, if there is a TSB for the old aluminum steering boxes and my Jeep had all of the stated issues (confirmed by the mechanic), why was this ruled out? I’d prefer an emailed response since I have very poor connection. I really appreciate your time. Thank you Logan H

Pretty much the only good experience I’ve had yet at this dealership. Was honestly shocked. Would rather only deal with Alex Defillippi then anybody else. Professional, good communication, updated me accordingly, and took care of my vehicle properly.

Mike has provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. He answered and question I had, called me and gave me updates on the daily, and he is probably one of the most polite persons I’ve encountered in the customer service industry. Mike really deserves some appreciation from his peers, Mike has set the bar high, and I would be really impressed if anyone surpasses his level of customer service.

Alex was polite and appeared to be a new hire. He asked the right questions and was a good listener. He made sure that my Jeep was serviced in a timely fashion. He told me all looked well with the oil consumption check. After the service was complete, I asked him about a new antenna for my Jeep that would be shorter to ease my transfer of my kayak on and off, and he referred me to someone who could help me. It was a great experience.

I got a call about my tire pressure. They said it was 15 over factory specs. But now I have to fill my tire pressure in the rear because on the 2500’s the front is supposed to be 65 and rear 80PSI. I’m not a mechanic but I know how to read a door sticker. You think after paying almost 600 dollars for service my tire pressure would at least be correct. Almost makes me wonder what else might not be done right.
