We stood in the lobby for a long time while all the service people look at their computers or phones helping no one. (This has happened EVERY time I have come in for service.) Then they charge me ~$100 for an oil change and didn’t even reset my light or get a car wash.

Excellent service by Jacob the mechanics, the Rental Services, and those whom processed me out, i was always giving an update, and the down time was minimal...Very pleased and will continue my business here....

Kristyn Giles was awesome, very accommodating and helpful. She went above and beyond. Arrived way to early for my appointment, and told me it was much later. Looked at my appointment again and realized, yes I am. She told me if there was any chance for me to get in before my appointment she would make that happen. Was finished before my appointment was scheduled.

I guess I was expecting that the engine bay would be nice and clean when I got the vehicle back but it wasn't it's all dusty and dirty and also I was concerned about an engine mount bolt that I would have thought that they would have replaced when the rightful apparently bolt that's in there doesn't look like it's long enough it will work I'm sure but I just don't like the idea of it not being the way it should be

I have had 4 separate issues with oil changes with west hill 1 time on my Rubicon I bought it in for repairs and also a oil change,the oil change was never done I brought it back to have it done and my vehicle was returned with grease all over the bumper and hood. I just got an oil change today on my Cherokee and for the second time on this vehicle it was returned with grease stains on my headliner

Troy was great but the overall experience was terrible as usual. The three technicians dedicated to oil changes did NOT show up for work and although the manager was aware he did NOT inform the customer service counter staff, who had they known might have offered a reschedule, So in reality the scheduled appointments were “work in’s”, earlier this year I waited three hours for an oil change, if they were not already pre-paid I probably would not bother, having been a customer for ten years the service quality has dropped terribly in that time

I want to thank Troy and your staff of mechanics for dealing with some issues in my truck this past week they gave attention to some problematic issues that I was not aware of, and provide quality service. I know Troy is a recent addition to your staff, he was very professional helpful and attentive to some things I brought to his attention. First she made sure to me it will be done by saturday. I told her a couple times to make sure have a detail done, and she said no problem.. But it didn't happen, Im so disappointed.. Before I left the service station I remind her to have my car scheduled for detail. . still haven't called me up about it.. So what is going on here?..
