Troy's customer relations and professionalism were nothing short of exemplary.

We moved to Lakewood, but I bought my Jeep from you guys so I still bring it here for service. We scheduled a service to have the Jeep’s oil changed, tires rotated, tire sensor alarm checked and corrected (one sensor does not indicate), a full check up and finally have the Parking/Emergency brake looked at. The brake does not work. If you check the Jeep’s history this would have been the third or fourth time I have brought this to you to be fixed. STILL DOES NOT WORK! Now here’s the BIGGEST problem. My wife made time brought the Jeep in for that service, left it there for the day and when she picked it up, ONLY THE OIL CHANGE WAS DONE. And the service was designated as completed! She talked to the service advisor, he apologized and told her on he next visit she’d get free tire rotation! Are you kidding? I bought my tires from you! Free rotation & balance are supposed to be included!!! So what was he giving my wife? Just lip service. Now we have to make time to come back to West Hills again? What guarantee do we have things will be taken care of? I have been a good, loyal customer since the 90’s, but I am very dissatisfied, disappointed and unhappy! Carl H Benton

Krys was absolutely fantastic. It is always a huge pleasure to see her and have her as a service rep. Both she and the whole service team are amazing.

Tires were supposed to be rotated, states that it was done. I marked a tire prior to my oil change, tires were not rotated...

My van is still having the same shuddering transmission issue as when we dropped it off.

Have better communication and follow through. Lack of follow up and call backs. The gal today was most informative. She was dropped into the already building issue that no one could resolve or return a phone call. Come to find out something that could have been fixed with a 5 min phone call. And better record keeping.

Kristyn is AWESOME ! She always makes sure to keep you updated on the progress of the repairs and goes over all the work that was done at pickup. If that's not enough she even walks you out to your vehicle to make sure it's as you left it. She is a pleasure to work with !!

Jacob did a great job and followed up at the end of the day to make sure I was happy despite being the only one in service that day. He was efficient, friendly and did his best to keep me informed
