The gentleman who checked me in was great. All my questions were answered, even the ones they had nothing to do with my appointment. The only thing I was not pleased with was the amount of time it took to change my oil. If I have an appointment I would hope the oil change would take as much time or less than it takes when I drop into a Jiffy Lube. A quality oil change should not take 90+ minutes.

The entire team was very kind. Kris had all paperwork ready and waiting for my arrival. She was very professional. My sales agent also always comes and says hello when he sees me in for service. All the service personal chatted with me and where all very kind. Thank u westhills.

My experience with customer service rep Max Davis was excellent. He was able to step in when a previous rep failed miserably in communicating between myself and the service tech team. He is a good listener and was able turn a very bad situation into a good experience alleviating my stress and concerns in choosing West Hills Dodge to perform the repairs to my truck.

I came in for an oil change and left with a check engine light on that the technicians didn’t have time to diagnose nor did I… So now the check engine light is on in my jeep and I don’t know why and it wasn’t on before I came there.

A longer wait than I expected but good service. I wish when your vehicle is ready anyone could check you out, as I had to wait for Troy to finish with another customer. Everyone else was free.

I was given the wrong information, and the issue was not resolved on my vehicle. I brought my service contract with me to show what was covered and should have been repaired. But she told me no, and my contract was still pending, and it takes a month before the contract can have a claim made. Yet it has been over a month. Had to leave the dealership on a unsafe tire and drive over 30 miles back home on the tire.

Jake did an excellent job checking me in, explaining the possibilities and keeping me informed of the progress. He notified me when my truck was ready and expedited my departure. He also noted that my tires were getting worn and worked up a great deal on new tires that will be installed next week. V/R, CLS

He was professional and was very kind during our interaction. We was communicative of issues, and made sure I was asked for quotes instead of just shoving one on me. I would recommend Troy to a friend for service at the CDJR store.
