I had oil stains on my hood as well as oil dripping from the bottom due to not cleaning up after the oil change. Other than that, everything is good.

My situation was terrible due to a big factor of horrible customer service. My vehicle need a part that was on back order the first time it was in the shop. When I brought it in I knew that the valve body in my transmission was the root of the cause. The service rep then diagnosed other problems that would have been caused by the valve body failing. The valve body however wasnt replaced, causing me to bring it back after driving it 30 miles. Krys Giles was a good service rep during this time as she kept me informed about what was going on and she called back when I had questions. The second time I brought it back was far worse. The valve body was on back order causing my truck to be at your shop for a whole month. This time around the service rep was not informative nor did they call back when I asked for information. This caused me to escalate and involve his boss, the service manager. He too never returned calls and this caused me to show up in person to ask about my truck. It was then left up to me to involve chrysler customer care to speed things along, which shouldnt have been the case. At customer care though I was informed about my truck as west hills was, however in one instance it took west hills 1 week to relay that info to me. It is fortunate that this was warranty work as it costed me nothing but time and the loss of my truck. A rental vehicle was offered from krys, but never the other service reps. I then asked about one and was given incorrect info or perhaps lied too. I went personally to enterprise to reserve a vehicle, and had I not done that I highly doubt I would have gotten a vehicle. My recommendation on your business is is to never go to west hills. As I said the customer service would have saved everything as I do understand that parts are in demand especially with a poorly designed transmission. Additionally I question the quality of the work on the vehicle as I knew the problem going in. It was misdiagnosed at your shop, but a few minutes on the internet proved to be the correct answer. I would love to discuss this issue if anyone desires more information. I do believe that your reputation can be better with better communication. Again krys Giles was the only person there that I would deal with, and with the questionable work that was performed and your close proximity, it is likely that I will be back, but only dealing with her.
