Oil filter reading zero percent after recent emissions update V08. Oil filter level was reading about 50% before V08 was performed.

The only thing I would change is a better explanation of the work being done when you are getting the expel ultimate and the perma plate interior, ext and windshield.

Excellent attention and service interface from Max throughout our experience. He also took the initiative to cover our rental car when service time was extended to accommodate additional, which saved us an entirely separate/additional service appointment, which was greatly appreciated. Poor customer service. My car was there for 2 days. All that was done was an oil change. It seems there would be time to keep me in the loop on what was happening. I had to call in 3 times to find out the part was not even coming in for two weeks. I suspect this information was available soon after booking in my car.

I was unhappy with how long it took before they started looking at the problem. I noticed my truck was parked behind the shop and hadn't been looked at for over an hour and the window on my truck was down leaving it unlocked. And I have to bring the truck back in 2 weeks which is okay but I would hope that I can get a rental car to drive home I live 20 miles away and hate to put a **** on a friend to take me that far. This service lady was very polite and I do appreciate that.
