Literal garbage for service. It took over three weeks to repair a two day job as I was quoted. Little to no communication was made about the status of the repairs. Was sexist towards my wife and ended up causing us to come back for a second time because the repairs were not made properly. It was a bandaid type repair the first time. Troy said he would call on a multiple occasions about the status of the truck repairs yet failed to on no less than 5 occasions. The only way I could actually get an update was if I would call down. Not to mention the fact that on no less than three instances the wrong part was ordered, that we were told of. I have lost all faith in the ability of West Hills CJDR to repair my vehicles and will strongly recommend against anyone ever getting any work done on their vehicle there. No one should have to experience the lack of ownership and complacency of the employees at the service department of West Hills CJDR.

I’m writing my review prematurely, as I have not picked up my car yet but my i feel confident that Jake provided the best work they have to offer. I have never had any dealership go above and beyond to help me the way he has. He was proactive in reading though my history with my car and was very empathetic. I’m so used to explaining my story and lucky if anyone listens. That alone saved me so much time and energy! Once we got the ball rolling on opening a case, Jake advocated for me and helped escalate my case with Chrysler. He and Mark did everything they could to make sure I had a good experience! With that being said, shout out to management for supporting employees and empowering them. It goes a long ways with customer service! You will definitely hear from me in the future but hopefully buying a car and not in the shop!

Max Davis was great very friendly and professional! As for the service of my Durango I was very disappointed to have to wait 2+ hours for an oil change and for them to not be able to update my navagation system that I was told only the dealership could do. Last time I was in and brought this same thing to the service center guy he dismissed me and told me to go to the fca website to figure it out!! Now a few month later I am back again and still no resolution! I now have to come back a 3rd time which is an hour drive for me and hope your service department can get it done. I am losing confidence in the techs that are saying "the server" was down or go to this website. Seems there isn't alot of effort to help the customer besides Max being kind and trying to make the customer feel better about leaving again without this being fixed!

Not only was my oil change done in less than an hour, I was also able to gather some information on a vehicle we are interested in without feeling any pressure! I was so happy to not feel like I needed to be defensive, and I got all of the information I needed! I always have a great experience working with this dealership!
