Max was extremely professional and friendly. He seems trustworthy and honest, so I hope all was truthful about my car. I appreciate him taking photos and sending them to me, of the underside of my car so I could really see that my struts and shocks and links look healthy. He went out of his way to help me out as best as he could and I appreciate that more than anything. 5 of of 5 rating!!!
