Took me 20 minutes to be waited on, and they didnt even have the part for the recall. Now I have to make another trip in, and spend more time . On the bright side Troy was very polite and efficient at getting my truck back to me.

Emanuel did a great job. But the rest of the service department didn’t! I brought my truck in on Weds at noon for a Thursday 9 am appointment. I believe it was Max who filled out my paperwork, took notes on problems. I got a call on Friday morning that they just got it into the shop. Appt was for Thursday at 9. I won’t be a customer again !

I did not receive updates when the completion date and time was delayed. I asked that the chime bell be deactivated if the reason for it constantly chiming from the break and turn signal could not be isolated. The reason your service writer gave was that an after market backup camera was causing it. I told him ut was chiming long before the camera was installed. Rather than fix that it was returned to me to fix. When I asked why the chime was not disabled he said "we don't do that. We fix things not disable them." This was one of the primary reasons for bringing in my truck so when it did not get fixed J was upset. Very disappointed.
