Light bulb on the license plate was noted to be out. They didn't change the bulbs. Now I looked at my garage floor and the transmission is leaking. I am going to have to call and make appointment. I was not leaking before I brought it in yesterday for an oil change.

I was satisfied, I would recommend them telling the price before they do the work. Also it would be nice if you guys would not stick stickers on my windows, if you do please take it off and or give me the product to do so.

This was the fourth time I took the same car to your service department and not one time my car was completely fixed. The last three time I had to talked to the manager. I have no faith in your service department. You have no African Americans at your front desk. Bryan quoted me $1,600.00 for a sunroof switch and motor. Crazy. Motor part number: 68002710AA cost $189.75 on Mopar Parts Giant.com. The switch or Overhead Console part number: 1NW76DW1AA cost $176.80 on the same site. Bryan gave me the part numbers needed. Crazy again. You, according to my paper work , charge $872.99 for the motor and $ 407.22 for the switch. You are killing your customers. Not me ever again.
