This is Susan, Donald’s wife and the person who most often drives the car so made the appointment and brought the Jeep in. I guess since I got this e I must be in the system somewhere. Bryan had to reach out for additional work authorization and the number he had was Donald’s. When I made the appointment I specifically gave the gal my number Bryan didn’t have it so it wasn’t until I arrived 4 hours after dropping the car off, expecting to pick it up that I understood there was additional work to be done. As I sat there in the waiting room he did a great job keeping me informed of what was going on. Unfortunately the work could not be completed and I will have to come back. Not thrilled

I was worried that we were going to have to pay quite a bit for the oil change, as our package had apparently expired. We were completely unaware of this, as we still had a remaining oil change left on our package. Bryan went above and beyond and honored that remaining oil change. This was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. Thank you, Bryan!

Mike was excellent and I can’t think of another service writer any better from an FCA dealer over many years of needing service. Excellent with questions and I had a good feeling of comfort and confidence with Mike.

I worked with Darcy today and she was fantastic! She communicated clearly and set the standard on what my wait would be. When I showed up 45 minutes early to my apt I was expecting to have quite a wait but the team worked together and I was out the door in under an hour. Your staff completely overachieved my expectations. Thank you

Alex was extremely nice and helpful. My door magically started working and I got 2 safety recalls done. I need to still get the seal replaced on my rear light but $800 was way too much, but that’s more of a Jeep issue.

Darcey is very professional and thorough in her work. I came away with the feeling that it is well worth the two-hour trip from port Angele because I know my car will receive top-notch service.
