I was satisified but I had a coupon for $109.99 oil change that I gave him when I checked in. After the service I looked over the charges and noticed he didn't use it. He quickly fixed the mistake. My opinion is that the service advisor should look out for me, giving me the best advice and the best price. I felt he should of taken the time, maybe slow down a little.

Had my vehicle serviced here many times and have never had an issue. Service adviser Alex Delillippi always has a great attitude and the guy to go to for service needs.

I was unsatisfied with my 30,000 mile service because an unnecessary oil change and alignment was preformed on my Jeep. I was charged for both services. This questionable business practices cold have been avoided with a simple records check. I will never step foot in West Hills again.

There are several scratches on the front of my car and the inside driver side above the door is dirty from the mechanic touching it with dirty hands. Even though Chrysler says they will take care of the issues that I have I still feel that this is not something that I should have to deal with at all. The situation with the dirty inside above driver’s door, this is not the first time that this has happened. The mechanical service appears to be great the care of my car while in their hands I am not happy with.

Darcy was very personable. Techs found nail in tire, took it out and repaired tire at no cost to me. Whole experience was positive one.
