You should have an option of unsure at this time. As I might be back later for the 2 concerns that were noted on paperwork. I did notice there was no comment on the slow leak of the rear drivers side shocks. Alex did fabulous on his part :)) Thank you for your services, I will feel more comfortable coming back in the future. Vicki

So far Bryan’s been a huge help. To be honest I was Very frustrated when I made my initial call. I was told it needed to go through the service manager which was fine but I waited several hours for a call back Which I never received so eventually my husband had to go in there to get any answers. That’s when Bryan’s stepped in. He had our answers in a matter of minutes.

The worst customer service and communication I have ever had to deal with. I will never be back. I had to move my services to another dealer because of the awful service. You guys still haven’t called me back.

Darcey was great, unfortunately the problem wasn't fixed due to lack of the issue reoccurring, no fault to darcey. She went above normal to attempt to find the problem as well as fulfilling my request to park the vehicle under cover during rain because of leaking. If the appointment time wasn't so far out (sat for a few weeks) we might of been able to find and fix the issue, I'm sure I'll be back again soon as it will most likely happen again

I received excellent customer service from start to finish. The non re-call service to my 2005 Ram 1500 had made driving it so much better. I already notice better throttle response from the reflash of the computer and the steering is must tighter and responsive with the service to the power steering. My vehicle was completed sooner than was estimated and this is something I appreciate.

Service was great and She answered all my questions and was very helpful in explaining and clarifying my doubts. Only disappointment I had today was that they couldn’t replace a part out due to the part not being available which is understandable but for sure I will give Darcey, personally a call to set up a appointment.
