My auto came in for a backup camera recall. After being in your repair facility from 11-4:30, I was informed they did not have the part. It will not be in until Friday. I waited to get this appointment until I was fully vaccinated, around March 15, and was told first available appointment was May 5, so appointment had been on books for six weeks, but no part. Chelsea tried to explain that service department doesn’t know about parts department. Seems strange to me, and very POOR customer service. Also got text that auto was ready to be picked up!

Brenda was amazing. Please make note that she was unable to provide an update as the mechanic working on the car was not working on that particular day. And there was no record anywhere in the system or with any other mechanic about what the status of the vehicle was. The vehicle had been in your shop for a week with no phone calls made to provide status until I called on The following Monday to find out what the status was. Brenda was prompt to find out on Tuesday and get back to me as soon as she could. Again Brenda did an amazing job

The shop went above and beyond- working around my maternity leave schedule and getting my car in and done on a standby basis. I am completely satisfied with the service I received for my vehicle and the level of communication regarding status. The online payment method was really great too as I have young children and time is everything! I will continue to bring my 2013 Edge in until the wheels fall off or I trade it in for that sweet MachE ????

Connor was great. My scheduling was screwed up again. Somewhere my oil change and service and my full detail were not both scheduled even though I spent 10 minutes with the scheduler and articulated that I understand the two services are from two separate departments and I wanted to ensure that both types of service were scheduled for the same time frame on the same day.

I was happy with the service manager but it seams that every time bring my truck to you the maintenance bill is over the top. It’s a good thing I’ve purchased the extended warranty or I would’ve bought a new truck for all the work you’ve said was required in the last year and it only has 75000 on it

I am sure service was performed with a high standard but was shocked to hear my tires didn't need rotated when you could visibly see wear on fronts as compared to rear and 10000 miles of use. Then asked for my sunroof to be adjusted because wasn't seating properly. Only seated correctly when tilt up and back down. Now it doesn't seat flush with rear glass panel at all. Asked if I could reschedule another appointment to get readjusted and was told to go back to Port Angles. I was hoping to have a new place to go for my service needs since I bring my other cars to West Hills. Colin was very friendly, but didn't seem to concerned about sunroof.
