After my car was serviced, the service writer went over the multi-point inspection report with me to include tire pressure readings. The front tires were 8 32nds and rear 10 32nds. I was assured the tread was correct. The tires are new, so I was concerned about unusual wear. I took the car to my tire dealer where the tread was re-measured at 10 32nds all around. Also, the reminder window sticker was not replaced...which is not a big deal, but I do pay attention to it. I appreciate excellence, which Haselwood has always provided. My choice to drive 80 miles instead of 10 miles for service is based upon excellence and fairness. I hope the choice continues to be the correct one.

Vehicle has not been returned, is currently still in service dept for FIFTH TIME for leaking water from upper center console area, and I have received no updates of substance to tell me what is going on with the car, just the clearly automated messages telling me my vehicle is still being serviced. I called this morning for an update after 4 days of NO WORD and was supposed to receive a call back in a few minutes and that was over an hour ago. I am trying to be patient and calm this time around but no communication on status is VERY upsetting.

I was especially happy to get my rig in early. I arrived an hour early and the car was put into the system. I had over a two-hour wait but it was certainly better than making two trips plus a rental. So grateful for that so thanks!

Very clean and fast service. And right on time.
My service advisor was satisfactory. However,the service took a ridiculous amount of time. Over two hours for 3 preventative maintenance tasks and paid almost $1,000 for the privilege. No matter what I have done at Haselwood, I'm there for at least two hours. I dread having to take my vehicle there and try to avoid it at all costs.
I actually had a major problem with the customer sales person and two of the technicians working on a very simple problem: the three didn't seem to know/understand the difference between a running light and a low beam. Engell sorted things out for me. If you'd like to discuss call me at ****-****-xxxx. It really was a huge C.S. failure.

My ccx ar is beautiful. The only thing was left side mirror didn't look clean and the green mold in crevice of left window on outside wasn't clean. Other than that I was very satisfied

1. A rental was not available upon drop-off of the car, contrary to the list of services offered for the 75,000 mile maintenance package. I was told a reservation was needed, but this is not mentioned in the list of services.
2. A tire rotation was not performed IAW the maintenance package, as I verified the location of the tires prior to the service. Later as I looked over my inspection paperwork, I saw that "no rotate" was annotated on my sheet, with no explanation of why it was not performed.
3. On the 'Multi-Point Inspection Report', my driver-side rear tire was marked as being in good/ normal condition. This tire is worn bald toward the inner side of the tire, and is a safety hazard (hence the reason for the service package including 4-wheel alignment). This causes me to second guess the validity of the inspection. No disrespect intended, but it's just an eyebrow raiser.
The service was quick, and the facility was clean.

Engell did a great job making my service a smooth one. I was originally told my car would not be done until the next day, but Engell called me at 2PM to let me know everything was done and there were no problems.
I'm just a normal everyday guy, but Engell treated me like I was a high class VIP.
I was late to my appointment in late afternoon and they took care of me.

Engell. Pellumbi. Dealing with him was a breath of fresh air. I had issues with the person that was supposed to make my appointment and then did not but engell took care of the problem and when I left I did not leave with a nasty taste in my mouth from dealing with the people over the interior of my car so overall he made it a great experience compared to the last time that I was there dealing with my Elantra.
