Cameron Anthony was great today. However my entire experience with ordering a new fob and getting it programmed was less than satisfactory. It took 5 weeks. The first misstep was the key was cut wrong that had to be done over. Then when I came in for my appointment to get it programmed the Hyundai's site was down and they couldn't finish the job. But nobody called me to cancel my appointment. So I had to reschedule for today. And I know this is not your department, but the fob was very expensive and just my opinion the programming should have probably been done for free at the dealer. Also I was quoted $143 and suddenly my bill to get it programmed was $173. He said it was taxes and fees. What was on my statement was around $17 of those were not itemized out what expenses or fees cost $17 to program a fob?

I was quoted 55 for oil change and 20 for 2  wiper blades. I ended paying 155 bucks for oil change and blades. After looking at paperwork I saw there was charges for labor with I get that now but was Not told it would be as much as it was. When you're quoted about 85 to 100 dollars for a job and you end up paying 155..it leaves a very bad impression on the company. Honestly I don't think I will return to have any work done on my vehicle. I'd rather go somewhere that keeps their word about charges, even if I have to take my car to another county. If some is going to contact me, please let it be someone other than Cameron

The entire crew was very helpful in helping me figure out the problem with my aft wiper blade and what needed to be done to fix it! The part was ordered and my car was fixed within 3 days!

Not fault of Cameron, policy issues. For example, labor charges not reflective of hours actually worked. Was charged $478.40 for about 2 hours of work. That's roughly $240/hour. Really, a mechanic's job is that high????? Plus other concerns not happy with, e.g., senior discount, work requested but not accomplished, price of parts, etc.

Natalie did a fine job and I don’t need to be contacted. I was disappointed when I called both numbers on the website and left messages at both numbers asking to rent a car until mine was done and did not receive a call back or acknowledgement of the call when I picked my car up.

The music playing in the waiting area was 70s rock with your sales people dancing to it. Not exactly what I would expect in a professional environment. Probably ok out in the shop but not in the waiting area. We will not be waiting on our vehicle again at your dealership.

Payton was great and everyone did a good job. I am not sure whether I will come back for a routine oil change though as the costs are fairly high for the amount of work being done. I was also surprised to find out that they wanted $20 just to rotate tires.

We were happy with the service. However it’s my wife Danita’s car and I get her email. Please send the Hyundai stuff to her at Phone ****-****-xxxx. I have the new Ram 3500. Those messages come to me. We are happy with the Haselwood group which is why we just bought two new vehicles from you.

My gas tank door won’t stay open now, it’s worse then when I brought it in to get fixed, and it took two weeks for me to get my car back. I had to go into the office twice because there wasn’t any communication on what was going on with my car and I couldn’t get anyone to call me back. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with your dealership

Came in for an oil change/tire rotation on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra on 2/23. Appointment was at 4 and I showed up early. Check in was fine, and took a Kona for a test drive during my stay. Around 5:50 or 6:00 I saw my car pulled around to the front of the building, but was completely ignored until 7:00, when the service crew finally realized I was still there and gave me my keys so I could leave.
