Cameron was friendly and explained the issue with my car so it was easy to understand. I had dropped my car off the day before and it sounded like they were short staffed and could not get it done the same day, which in these times is completely understandable. I was impressed that the problem was resolved the next day and Cameron even offered a couple of recommended services to be done while my car was still there. Though I have not been overly impressed with my Elantra, the services provided by the dealership are always top notch with friendly staff to help me out. Thank you!

Part installed was defective. Also work on gas exhaust lines had no effect. Had to return for more service.

I dropped my Genesis off the night before and used the drop box. Later that night it dawned on me that I was a week too early for my scheduled appointment! Senior moment! The staff serviced my 60,000 mile check anyway, which I am very grateful. Thank you

When you tell a customer that you will do something, do it! If there is a reason why it can’t be done, tell the customer! There seems to be a lack of communication between employees at the dealership. We tell one person, they are supposed to take care of telling someone else, but the message doesn’t seem to get passed on. We have spoken to the service Dept three times about issues we wanted addressed but they knew nothing about them when we got there. We drive over an hour to get to the dealership and wanted things taken care of while you had the car. Because we are some distance away, we asked for a loaner while the car was in for service, and asked in advance. The issues weren’t addressed and there was no loaner.

The service department looked at the wiper blade issue and replaced them with correct ones and they are working like they should and then they looked at the door hinge and ordered a part for it. Thank you for the excellent service

I was told my diagnostic would be $140 it ended up being $175 and then was told my taillight was fixed and it went out two days later. Lorna ( who is amazing) rescheduled me and got me alot sooner then I was originally told..so I brought it back and was told twice it would be a couple hours but I dropped the car off at 8 am and at 2:30 none had called me.my son called and was told cameron would call us back....an hour later no call back and then I called Lorna again and she told me cameron would call me and he did...but he told me that they were wrong and the fix would actually be $190. Then when I went to get the car he tells me I'm supposed to charge you I won't even tho I verified bringing the car back would not cost anymore and told them to not do anything that would cost me without first calling I get the dealership is busy but I feel taken advantage of after pricing the part they "think" will fix it!! And the careless way I was treated as far as timeline went. Cameron seemed overwhelmed and busy and I get that it get busy . But as a customer service person I feel that there could have been better communication and that of it wasn't fixed like I was told I should have been taken care of better. I had a wonderful buying experience with Kristen blair and Liz jones when I purchased the car but I will not purchase nor service my vehicle there again.

Should have called extended warranty company to see what would be covered before doing anything including diagnostic. Forget to give me quotes so I can call warranty and can't get ahold of her. Left message and email. Would be good customer service to call warranty when I made appointment so I would know what to expect.

I was completely satisfied with my experience at Haselwood volkswagen/Hyundai. I had made an appointment to get my car serviced via phone. I had spoke to Jeffrey, who seemed happy to assist me. He was a pleasure to talk to. The morning of my appointment, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Cameron. I received excellent customer service from him. There was some miscommunication regarding what services needed to be done on my vehicle. Long story short, along with my oil change, I was suppose to get my tires rotated, but that did not get done. I had called Cameron back with my concerns and he was happy to fit me in the same day to get my tires rotated. Even though I was unable to come back the same day, he had reassured me that anytime I was available would work. I came back the following day and Cameron already knew who I was. He was attentive and quick and it made my experience at Haselwood pleasurable. Thank you Cameron!
