I made the appointment 2weeks in advance and when I got there, on day of service, they did not have my correct oil on hand. I had to wait an extra hour as they sent someone to get the correct oil. I have been coming to you, with this same car, for about 10 yrs. so they should have known which oil was needed. I feel I am owed a discount on my next service!

Cameron was very concerned and respectful with making sure my car received the permanent plating etc. But feel disheartened with the inside staff on the communication to the service department. The service department felt they completed the whole job when inside staff didnt included the paint, leather and interior protection. With the money we spent they would've shortened our service contract protection by not added those items to work needed to be done. Very frustrating to come back 2 days in a row.

I had a slight problem with a misalignment after a 30k mile change and I was squeezed in the get the problem resolved the very next day instead of having to wait a couple weeks, and on top of it, the car was back to me in just a few short hours. Super happy and appreciative!

It was frustrating and pretty disappointing to have the engine light come in just minutes after leaving the dealership with our new to us car. After getting a hold of our salesperson we were able to drop it off to be serviced the next day. Cameron was very communicative and thorough in checking on the issue. I’m very happy to say everything seems to be running smoothly now ????

Although tire rotation is part of the 6000 mile maintenance it was not noted on the form that it was completed. Also, an attmpt was made to charge me 65.90 for the maintenance. I told the rep that it should be free and he did not argue, just took me to my car. Now am I expected to believe that a Hyundai dealership's service department isn't aware of Hyundai's free maintenance plan? Of course not. I believe that you tried to charge me in case I was not aware of the plan. Perhaps because I'm in my 60s I appeared an easy mark.
