Service was fine. I purchased another booklet of oil change coupons. I was sad to find out they have an expiration date. I did not know that. Since I only get an oil change every 6 months it really is kind of a waste of money for me. I wish that has been pointed out when I started getting these a few years back. I know better now

When I purchased my brand new at the time 2020 Turbo Hyundai Santa Fe Limited plus my maintenance pre paid program I elected synthetic oil and according to my work sheet you guys today put in 5-40 oil can you explain this omission please? Also I recall the synthetic oil maintenance program was clearly more expensive I believe north of $400.00 Also no car wash was made available to me (again). My parking lite was on to be fixed 6? Months ago. It was still on the list this time. It's still not fixed. Glad the filter is covered though.

Just don’t think a new vehicle should be charged a rental fee plus gas to fill the rental usually dealerships if the vehicle was purchased from there pay for the rental if it is a brand new car. All the staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think it’s right to charge someone who just bought a brand new car $35.00 per day plus gas to rent a vehicle when it is under warranty.

It was such a pleasure working with Payton Miller through this experience. He has restored my faith in Hyundai and their dealerships. I can’t say enough good things about Payton hopefully he is recognized for his great customer service skills. If we buy another Hyundai it will be because of Payton. Thanks

The issue was not resolved and 8 minutes after leaving the service center I was stranded on the side of the road in rainy rush hour with my toddler. I wish it was fixed the first time.
