They took my vehicle an hour early for it’s scheduled appointment, and did not notify me that the part I was scheduled to have serviced was not in stock, they had my car for 5 hours and they fixed my rear seat that was jammed from staying in place. I am a small business owner and have 1 day off a week to run all my errands the fact they had my car for 5 hours with zero calls or information letting me know the progress of my repair or that the part wasn’t even in to fix my actua service appointment repair, is a complete lack of service. I would have never left my car for this if I had know the part and the sole purpose of my service appointment wasn’t available. So my brand new car is still not fixed and there is no plan or date for when the part is to arrive so I’m in limbo, that someone will call when it’s available to fix. I was completely unsatisfied with today

No communication of how long the service and software upgrade was going to take. I assumed an hour to an hour and a half but when I got there was told it would be two to two and a half hours. It actually took 3 hours and 45 minutes and at that point my appointment was supposed to be done there was no communication of where the service team was at in the process of servicing my vehicle and no apologizes or recognition when my vehicle was done of nearly an additional two hour wait.

I asked to have my driver rear tire looked at because it was very low and was told it was fine but it is now flat in my driveway at 6:30 am in sunday december 6th. And the tires were not rotated with the oli change, if that us still part if the service.

Jesse was great , my only complaint is that it took a couple of hours longer than the estimated time . Normally this wouldn't have been an issue but with Covid & my age I'm a little nervous about sitting in the waiting room that long . ( Maybe some outside chairs ? )

Vehicle towed in, non operational, knocking and rattling, and smoking. And apparently it’s due to my coolant reservoir being over max line, and battery being low. Now I have absolutely no issue with Natalie, or Jesse who is now helping me. They are both fantastic and professional, this is against the technician that diagnosed my vehicle. As a Technician myself, also kia factory certified/ trained, the diagnosis is absolutely wrong. In no way shape or form will a vehicle do what it did with a over filled low pressurized coolant reservoir, and a low CCA battery. The 1.8 Elantra motor is widely known to have issues, and that’s why Hyundai expanded the warranty to second owners. They know the knocking/ ticking is an issue. When my motor blows and I know it will soon, I hope it’s not on the freeway and does not cause a wreck due to Hyundai’s negligence on the issue. According to writer the vehicle is making zero noise, and technician has driven it many times to verify. I will be checking mileage to verify myself that it was actually driven as long and as many times as tech says it was. Again this is nothing against the writer (Natalie) or service manager (Jesse) they were great. This is a technician/ factory issue and it’s a shame that this issue will be swept under the rug until something serious happens.

Nina is pretty amazing and from what I can tell she keeps the service department extremely well tuned. She is knowledgeable but still thinks critically, shares the customer’s concerns while setting realistic expectations and seems to have good report with the technicians doing the manual labor. I don’t easily trust other people working on my cars but Nina gives me the confidence to continue to service my car here. Much appreciated.

My appt. Was at 10am. I didnt get outta there till 12:30. Oil change only. If your running late, let me know beforehand. My time is also important. Hope next time you consider that. Thanks for asking.

The representative that I worked with wasn't very knowledgeable about cars. When asked if they were able to complete the oil change and tire rotation the response should not have been "yes they were able to do the oil change and you don't need a tire rotation because the tires are were they need to be".
