The representative was professional. The issue was of communication as to when my vehicle was completed and ready. When I called to inquire there was no response until the next morning. The representative did apologize and provided a discount for the inconvenience.

Poor communication. Payton texted a question: “what should I know about your car?” I wasn’t sure what he was looking for so I queried, like what? No response. The next comment was, “we haven’t forgotten you”. On Monday I got a surprising call, the repair bill jumped from mid 500 to over $3k. At 38k miles I couldn’t expect that delta. A thousand dollars for new tires? I am retired, living on social security. I don’t have money to burn. I had to postpone tires even with them dangerously treadless; I had expected fifty thousand from oem tires. I texted Payton a couple of times and left two voicemails trying to determine when the car would be ready. No response. In summary, too expensive and too little communication.

All of your team were very nice and professional my only dissupointment was the customer sitting in the waiting room that would not wear a mask. You state clearly on your door you need to have a mask on and yet all of us were exposed to this man. Your employees did try and get him to wear one but he would not. I would say if he was not willing to wear a mask we would not be able to work on your car.

I think 163.00 + another 42.00 for labor was to much money to replace a light bulb and bulb plug. I can buy the plug and bulb for under 30.00 and install it in no more than 10 to 15 minutes. I just can't afford that kind of service. I no you have alot of over head to pay out and I would be able to help with that if your prices were lower.

I was charged for the service and they did not believe that I had the car Care package. Natalie could have reached out to management and communicated with Kirkland Hyundai to verify if this is false. This is the third bad experience here. I have no faith in this place at this point I'm scared that they possible are not even doing the maintenance. I am thankful that I was able to contact someone from the Kirkland Hyundai and they fixed the issue.

The customer service was exceptional, but I'm extremely disappointed I had to come and spend an entire afternoon at the service center, for an issue that should not have happened when I purchased my new vehicle.
