You noted that my coolant was very low on the multi-point check but did not too it off as part of the service. Not good customer service. The car you sold me had to be in the shop with Nissan for over 60 days just 15 days after I purchased it. You only offered to pay for 2 days on a loaner car. The cost to repair what was wrong with the car was over $8500. For a 2019! That had less than 20k miles when I purchased it from you. I would thin that the least you could do was to top off the coolant that was noted as being “very low”.

Disappointed that you stopped washing cars. That is the least you can do after your customers spend hundreds of dollars getting car serviced.

I come all the way from Gig Harbor for my car to be service here instead of more convenient Tacoma because of the excellent honest service and great staff!i believe it was Cole who took care of me and he was professional and excellent in explaining all my options! Thank you!

PaytonMiller was very accommodating and polite and my overall service experience was excellent. A Riley Rogers also helped me with someSystems on my car. Everyone was very helpful. I appreciate Jesse’s calling quickly to inform me I had left my coffee mug behind. It was very nice of him to hand-deliver it when I drove up. I also appreciated the price quotes and detailed questions answered. As for one other small detail regarding the vacuuming of my car. I appreciate that the offer is made because it isn’t something that I am paying for. It’s a nice customer service gesture. If someone is going to go to all the trouble to do it, maybe that person could be more considerate and do a good job.
