Payton went above and beyond yesterday as I didn’t have as appointment as normally I would ; but lately working 11-14 hours with 60 miles commute to work so not much time... he not only worked my vehicle in for service but had me out in record time. Thanks so much Payton you deserve a raise for great customer care you always provide much appreciated!!!

I asked for my car to please be vacuumed as they don’t wash the cars anymore. I bought new mats and they just put them over the dirty floor. My service agreement wasn’t in the Hyundai system. This is my first service since purchase in July.

When I scheduled my appointment I told the woman we had an airbag light on too. I wanted it to be taken care of at my appointment but when I got there the person told me all your technicians that could take care of it leave at 4:30 and I have to make another appointment. I don’t live nearby and it’s a big hassle.
