Yes, the the permacoating job performed on my vehicle seems to be exemplary. However, upon the pick-up of my vehicle at the dealership, the logistics concerning my transportation to and from the car rental depot (in my opinion) could have been planned much better. I was not familiar with the Hazelwood auto complex and when I was asked to turn in my rental vehicle by myself without a Hazelwood Hyundai employee, I wasted about 20-minutes literally driving around this large complex looking for the rental car drop off location. I should have been accompanied by a Hyundai dealership employee through the entire process. In addition, I was informed that I would not be given a coupon for a free car wash for being a loyal paying customer for an expensive add-on vehicle procedure (which has always been customary at this dealership) and...with no rain check. I was disappointed with these aspects of my customer service very much! However, I believe the permacoting job appears to be an exemplary job. Sincerely, Marc B

I was mostly satisfied, however it would behoove your service staff to spend a little bit more time training on product offerings, perhaps certain members of your team specializing in certain vehicle makes and as a result available parts and service, for example what the ideal comfort tire for a 2015 all-wheel drive Genesis is versus the ideal performance sport tire and why.

I had an appointment at 11 AM on Sept 30 for a job that I was told would take about 3 hours. When I dropped the car off I was told that you would not be able to finish it that day and was given a rental (which was not clean... a problem with COVID). The next day I tried to find out when it would be ready to pick up. I finally heard late in the afternoon that it wouldn't be ready until the following day. Why did you schedule the job on 9-30 if it wouldn't be worked that day... or the bulk of the following day? And why wasn't the communication better?

The mechanics went to great lengths to find the problem in my Genesis. It was a delight to feel valued as a customer and as a woman I felt respected. I was driven home by a delightful young man named Mikey who I genuinely enjoyed and respect. Jesse Roksa is quite knowledgeable and explained the issue with my vehicle succinctly. I will definitely be back for oil changed and servicing at this dealership!
