I made an appointment in advance. You all knew what car I own. Your service person got the info when I made the appointment. You had a week's notice. I dropped my car off at 7:30. At 10:30 your service advisor sent a text message saying my car was "all fixed and ready to go home." When I came to get it, nothing had been done. Apparently you didn't have the bulb in stock. And it was a special order item. I understand things happen. But please explain why nobody called me in advance when you knew the bulb was special order? Why nobody thought to order the bulb when I made the appointment? Why no message was sent saying it wasn't in stock? You're professionals. Act like it. Now I have to take another day off work to bring the car in again. Seriously... this is "customer service?"

Natalie's service was excellen; however, the mechanic left oil drippings on the headlight, the engine cover, hood, and also a hose covered with oil by the oil filter housing. A little attention to detail would have made this job as great as the last one!

Only problem is I think I have to come back. Next time I drive my car it says service due. I think you forgot to reset the sensor.

Natalie was great. She worked me in when I didn't have an appointment. I made my appointment online but when I arrived,I wasn't on the schedule. She deserves a raise our at least an extra vacation day

Hi, I came in to simply have a front turn signal light replaced. The bumper had to be removed in order for it to be replaced. Cost $195.00 to replace a light bulb.
