I was pleased with Jesse and the work done on my car. He did what he said he would do. My car runs a lot better. I think the rental car option is a a nice feature. i'll keep Haselwood in mind when I purchase my next car.
I didn't realize that I could use my last pre-paid oil change WITH the 75,000-mile check-up, and that it would, therefore, function as a discount. Nina explained that I could, so I did that. It is a relief to have the 75,000-mile check-up done. Also, since I live over an hour away from Bremerton, and since the 75,000-mile check-up takes a lot longer than an oil change, and since the coronavirus limits my options regarding how I can best use my time while I wait, I was grateful that I could use that time for a three-hour walk. I had not planned to do that, so I had left materials I needed in the car. Nina very kindly retrieved them for me. Until now, I have not been very happy with Haselwood and much prefer my many years of experience with Parr VW, so this was just a nice, human experience today--thanks to Nina's thoughtfulness and patience.

My car was dropped off Thursday and was told that they would have the part for it on Friday. Then part was then delivered to the wrong location so it was emergency delivered on Saturday. When I called at 1pm to get the status of my car I was told that I would get a call back when they figured it out. I waited 30 minutes and called again. I was then told that they had just pulled my car in and started looking at it and that they would call me in an hour and a half. Since Saturdays the service department closes at 4 I waited all the way till 330 before I called since I had not heard anything. I was then told at 330 that the service department ran out of time and that might car SHOULD be available early to late afternoon on Monday. I finally picked my car up around noon Monday. I have taken my car to hasselwood Hyundai many times and never had any issues. Communication between the service department and their customers is obviously lacking as well as the communication between the people that work at the service department during the week and then on the weekend. Dropping my car off to have a simple issue fixed and 1 recall should not have taken 3 days to complete. I would hope to have a better experience the next time I bring my car in or I will be finding another dealership to have service performed and making my friends and family aware of the quality of service they can expect at a hasselwood auto group dealership.

Well, I informed staff what service I was requesting and arrived ten minutes early. I was asked if I had paid for the parts, I replied “not yet” or something like that. I was informed that I would pay after the service was completed and I offered to pay in advance regardless. Service personnel declined payment at the time. I sat in the waiting groom for approximately one hour and forty five minutes without an update. I exited the waiting room and waited in line to speak with a representative. The individual left to inquire to service personnel the progress of the repairs. I was informed that they could not start repairs until all of the parts were ordered. I spent round trip over two hours in a waiting room on a beautiful Saturday. Prior to beginning repairs it would be nice to have all of the necessary materials to do the job. The representative prior to giving my keys then asked that I pay for the parts, to which I gladly paid...however why then? I asked to pay earlier and was told there was no need. Call next time you are unable to do repairs please as I would rather have a ten minute call rather than waste two hours away from my family.
