Payton did great. Really easy to talk to and made it clear what was going on with my vehicle. Unfortunately, we did have a couple hickups with parts and ordering but I do not believe this is his fault. He was able to accomplish the request and made it manageable with my schedule.

A professed 3 hour job, took 5 hours. The promised rental car was forgotten, took 45 minutes before I could drive away back to work. Unfortunately, I ran over a nail on the way back to Bangor and had to put on the spare in the parking lot before returning the car. I drove the car to work and back, 2-3 hours, 30 miles, gallon and a half of gas. Upon return, the attendant was surprised I had changed the tire and hadn't drove in on a flat, inspected the rest of the car externally and internally like I had caused damage. He then told me that they would evaluate the tire and contact me for the charges for repair! What the hell? This was a complimentary rental for a three hour service that turned out to be five hours. I drove to work and back, 30 miles, put 1 8 something gallons of gas in the car, now I have to pay for a goddamn nail in the tire! Here's a tip, Les Schwab, excellent customer service btw, repairs them for free. Hassle-wood earned another star on my **** list today.

First I have to say, Jesse was the most professional person I’ve ever dealt with at a car dealership’s service department. I witnessed how he dealt with multiple customers, he was genuine and professional each and every engagement. If I were staying in the area I would use Hasslewood Volkswagen because of Jesse. I’m seriously impressed and I I have chills because of his great service.

All went well, normally work with Nina or Jesse. First time with Cole. All was good. 2.5 hours later and hadn’t received a call that car was done. I walked over from my office and it was done. That was frustrating because I had a busy day. That’s the only negative though. Love my Jetta and plan on upgrading soon. Thanks
