I have never had a problem with Haselwood when I need to bring my car in. They always do a great job of letting me know exactly what’s wrong with my car and what needs to be done. Sometimes the wait can be long, but I just believe that’s expected when bringing a car in for work. I’ve never felt pressured to do anything I didn’t want to with my car and I’ve never been talked down to because I am a girl going into a car service place and sometimes that isn’t the most pleasant experience. I’ve only ever had pleasant experiences with Haselwood.

They were able to accommodate us after we accidentally forgot our 1230 appointment and didn't show up until 1. They still completed service on both of our vehicles in a timely manor. Excellent customer service!

Seems like your whole dealership is doing a good job taking anti-pandemic measures seriously, and as a young mom of a toddler, I SO appreciate that. The car was done in good time, everything I asked for was done, and Cole’s heads-up call beat the automatic text message to let me know it was ready. Just what I needed to get this errand handled and move on with my day! Thanks for helping make something I’d been dragging my feet on go smoothly and quickly.
