I thought all was good when driving away from the service dept, but I noticed something did not look right with my instrument panel. Thinking it .just have been something to do with a reset I thought it would be OK but it isn't I often drive with the lane warning system on and it illuminates in the instrument panel now it does not, I am concerned that something got disconnected during the oil change. I feel sure it is something simple but would like a call to discuss I tried today and left a VM but did not get a call back ****-****-xxxx. Thank you in advance. Terry G

Jesse is a well informed representative for your company he presents himself and your company well. Don’t think about taking him out of the service department, unless promoting him to manager. But you might want him to teach aggressive sales people how to better work and communicate with customers. Your sales should skyrocket! Tom N
