My appointment was forgotten about and it took the whole day and 3 phone calls to finally get a call back. I was promised 10% off to make up for the inconvenience and was not given that 10% at checkout. I called to get the 10% and was told I would get a call back to fix that. I have still not received that call back or the 10% discount.

Surprisingly, this warranty visit was the total opposite of all of my previous experiences with the Service Dept. I asked if there might be diagnostics done in a few hours or if I should just get my loaner and head back to work. Dropped the car off at 11, was told "I'll call you around 130 or 2 with an update." 245 rolls around, I call and am told "Nothing yet, you you can head back, I'll call you tomorrow (Saturday) with an update." No update, got a text message that I answered and no reply to that. Tuesday comes around and I call and am told a message will be passed along to the service advisor. I then get a snippy voicemail telling me there's no update and not to call until he calls me. Had he said from the beginning, "I will call you when I k ow something," I wouldn't have called but he set the expectation multiple times that he would call and didn't; I only called because he said he would call and didn't. Poor communication and mishandling but the service advisor I spoke to while picking up my car was what I had previously experienced and went over everything and made sure everything was ready to go.

Got me in for an appointment within an hour and a half of calling. Took a little while to perform the service but not bad and Cameron was very professional and helpful. Better experience than the previous 2 times I was at your dealership. Thanks

They took care of my vehicle and fit me in for some mileage maintenance that was needed also. Kept me updated on how long the work would take since I was waiting for my vehicle. They kept the coffee supplies stocked which was very important to me. The area was kept clean which gave me a safe feeling during my wait. Communication was open and friendly which is also very important to me. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Well, I am not completely satisfied. Thanks for getting my car running again and fixing the rear brakes. However, the TPMS light is still on, which is the original reason for making the service appointment. Tire pressure is in optimal range as of pick up but the light persists. I will have it checked out again at next SI; 90K miles is coming up soon.

The team seemed to be pretty young and didn’t know what was going on. Kind of concerning when you’re paying $200. Thankfully they gave me a discount for the confusion, but they were prepared to have me pay $300 if they broke a screw on my car. I pay extra at a dealership for that peace of mind to know it’s done right and I didn’t have that hear. Plus the basketball in the lobby was unprofessional in my opinion. I get it’s fun and understand the reasoning but when people are constantly bouncing basketballs while you’re waiting for 2 hours and trying to work, it gets annoying. Karen moment over.
