Brett was exceptional in how he managed the repair issues, insurance issues and of course me. The repair to our Malibu I’m sure is not rare but the process getting to the solution was frustrating and Brett did a very good job through out the entire process. My hope is to never have to bring the Malibu back to Haselwood with the same problems. Thank you

Worst service experience ever. We scheduled both our cars weeks ago for a particular date. We were told we’d be given a loaner. We showed up and only one car was on the schedule and they said no loaner. Not a big deal to not have a loaner, just wasn’t prepared for it. Then after getting home with my car I have to take it right back and drop it off again because the outside door handle is messed up and won’t work. What the heck? Very not happy.
