Randy was great. I’m pretty picky about my ‘17 Chevy SS M6 and he tracked down hard-to-find info about special camber/caster parts for custom alignment, and brought the tech Christian into the conversations to wire it all out. Christian also deserves kudos here. He was unusually knowledgeable on some rather esoteric questions, and performed a custom alignment that was one of the most precise I’ve had including at custom tuner shops. I’ll certainly be bringing my SS here in the future.

A bunch of great guys there at the service department... always happy to see them. They are under a lot of pressure with high volume of customers but they always stay cool in pleasant. I had a couple issues with my Silverado and they were very fair with me and it taking care of all of my concerns. I give them the best possible rating in recommend them to my friends and family.

I have known Randy for I hate to admit it, a couple of decades now and he has always been constantly great at his job. He’s always conscientious, friendly, and seems to take everything in stride whether it’s a good day or a bad one for him. He’s definitely an asset. I was also very impressed with Michael Schmidt, we spoke about my vehicle and what may be wrong with it and figured out there really wasn’t much of a problem but it was because I had put something aftermarket on my truck. He unplugged that for me and the problem was solved. He save me a lot of time and money and I greatly appreciate that. Honesty and integrity are big things to me and through all the years of service, new cars, etc. that I have had the experience of encountering with Haselwood Chevrolet and Honda, I have never had one reason to question anything. It’s great to have people like you around. Michael Schmidt is a very talented and capable technician, he also has a great deal of integrity. You couldn’t get a better representative for your company.
