Brett Buckingham with his jovial, positive, courteous, respectful attitude embodied the Haselwood customer service philosophy and mission statement. My vehicle was well taken care of. Services were completed in a timely manner. I was kept apprised of all and any changes needed during the whole service time the vehicle was under your care. A job well done thanks to all.

Mr. Roksa was very friendly and courteous. He listened to my complaints and was even looking them up as I was talking. He kept me informed every step of the way. Service performed was efficient and effective, the truck is back to its normal self!

Always positive and articulate interface with me the customer , I felt very welcomed and nicely handled in my interaction - every bit as smooth and good as my extensive experiences with industry rival and reputably "high end" competitor Mercedes Benz dealerships . I do hold that in the end my car was examined -and charged for- wheels/brakes I did not authorize , since the focus of ABS under - hood function was a focus , and general roadworthiness was part of the discussion I cannot clearly call out a breach of agreement . Any future involvement I have with Haselwood will show me being extra careful to be VERY specific about what wok I am authorizing on my crummy old GM vehicles . A snappy , fresh , low mile used Bolt might be of interest to me in the future , and I feel Haselwood would be my very best place to find that . Maybe in a year . Mr Buckingham and your dealership would be my recommendation to ANYONE shopping General Motors in the meanwhile ! Best regards from Arthur C
