Our appt. was at 11:30. We were on time. Had to wait 10 minutes to check in. Told it would be done at 1:00. It was not done until 2:00. Way too long for a safety check and LOF.

Brett is a very pleasant and knowledgeable employee. He answered every question and gave us the best of customer service. He was on top Always patient and of customer discounts that we were not aware of. Always patient and kind. A great asset to your company. Would recommend your maintenance department to friends for sure.

I had called in advance of scheduling this appointment to verify the level of service (battery replacement or software update) and was told they wouldn't know until some diagnostics had been run. This was obviously not the case, as the representative I spoke with today made it clear that they do not do battery replacement. The software update is of little value to us since we can set our own charge limit, so the 3.5 hours it took made for a largely wasted day on my part. Further, no one seemed able to answer my questions regarding the process. If the goal was to discourage my ever coming back, it was a success.
