Randy is in my opinion the best service writer you have. He always follows up with you and gets everything done as requested and on time. He keeps me informed if there are issues and always provides options if there are unforeseen issues.

I am still frustrated by the way in which my repair was handled. Not only were there breakdowns in communication as my vehicle was switched from Jesse (who was great, responsive, and courteous; to Brett, who never responded to 3-4 voicemails I left over 10 days asking about the state of my repair, to Randy, who was gracious enough to cover the loaner car rental fee, but who must not have received the instruction from Jesse that repairing the passenger-side window was part of a “service airbag” repair. I was phoned by Randy, told that the repair was complete, and I only discovered that the window wasn’t working when I was halfway home. I’m not sure why it took so long and cost so much to get my car only partially repaired. I came back to the dealership where the car was purchased because I trusted the job would be done right, only to find the entire experience maddening in terms of my expectations as a customer not being met. Sorry, Randy. I realize this got dumped on you, but I had nothing remotely close to 100% satisfaction.

The service advisor was nice and professional however they did not rotate my tires and this isn’t the first time. My husband puts markers on because the kept telling us they were and it didn’t not look like that had and they again did not when that is part of it.

The issue i had was asking for pricing multiple times prior to service and I was always told someone will call you. Never happened i foumd out pricing day of service at counter. Cost was a bit more than expected for work being done.

Both Bill and Brett are your superstars!! Don't lose them. Especially Brett. He has been my primary advisor for a long time and I would hate to bail to Puyallup for maintenance if you lose him! GREAT TEAM. KEEP IT UP!!!!

My wife picked up the car and there was a light on and then a tire Monitor message came on she called me thought something was going to happen turned out when I had the car taken in for oil change they did not check the tires or rotate the tires like usually happens, she called Les Schawb and told them about what it says they told her to bring it in and they took care of situation for us. So no not real happy with the service and very glad Les Schawb took care of it for her since she was driving to eastern Washington
