There was tape from you guys from when plastic was out over the widows to protect from the rain, it was not taken off. When I went to pick it up the service member realized it and tried to take it off but it was taking too long and with how long it has been sitting I just wanted to leave with it. Also the amount of time to see it was crazy considering I was told it would be a same day think but I understand things come up. Also the price of labor was high. I did make an insurance claim but due to price it was less than my deductible, but that’s not the problem. The problem is the lack of communication between the dealer and my insurance. My insurance contacted the dealer multiple times and never sent them the pictures they required. Which if they had needed to pay would’ve delayed my vehicle even LONGER. But the interaction today was very nice and quick. Overall I was happy just kind of annoyed.
