When 4:30 came I watched 3 employees leave. No big deal I get it but what I don’t get is why the guy who check my vehicle in didn’t let the lady (believe her name it True) know about my vehicle. He didn’t even let me know he was leaving. So when my vehicle was done, it sat there and I sat there for another 5-10 minutes waiting for someone. I walked to her counter and said that’s my vehicle and those are my papers, at the other counter. Just a little more communication would have been nice.

The customer service manager Jay Krewson's corresponding was absolutely terrible and I played phone tag trying to contact him. Not happy with being ignored for a full week because he made a mistake. He promised to call, and didn't for a week then he spoke to me , promised to call back after a lame excuse as to why he mistaking answered the phone, yet DID NOt ever contact me back. We have been long term customers with this dealer and this was our worst interaction. Sad because Jag appeared nice at 1st. There was never animosity, just a manager who cannot follow through with what he says.

I have not been completely satisfied with my service at Kia for sometime. I moved out of the area and come back on a Saturday when it’s convenient for me. This time I made an appointment early enough that I wouldn’t have to have it interfere with any of the plans that I had for the day. I was there almost 2 hours due to I was told that you were short staffed on Saturday well you’re always short staffed on Saturday. And to top it off I was late for my next appointment. On top of that I mentioned a few things I was concerned about and when my vehicle came back I asked about them and they weren’t even answered. The service advisor could care less whether I’m there or not, this time she really ticked me off. If I didn’t have to come to Kia I wouldn’t. I’m not sure what you did with the gentleman that worked in service, but he was the nicest guy you guys ever had, so I really hope you didn’t get rid of him. I’m just disappointed in Kia’s customer service. I was never treated this way when the gentleman worked there

Richard Palmer was extremely helpful and through this morning when I brought my car in. I initially came in for a flat tire and Richard let me know my car had a recall which would if I liked could have been taken care of at the same time. I was not aware of any recall as the dealership I bought my car from hadn’t notified me. I will bring my 2021 Kia Seltos to West Hills Kia for any and all service it needs in the future! Also, the facility was very clean and I appreciated that staff went around to sanitize the chairs and tables in the waiting area. I was also pleasantly surprised that care was taken to ensure that my car was returned in the order I brought it in. Richard made sure all maintenance related items were removed and asked if I had any further questions. I know it seems minor but my car was ready for me to drive out of the service area instead of me having to hunt for my car like I did when I owned a Toyota. Thank you for the great experience!

It was a great experience. I saw the signs in the drive saying to remain in your car until a service advisor comes out so I did and Truc came out right away and got my paperwork started and was very nice. My car was also finished almost half an hour before the promised time which was great.

The team at West Hills Kia is bar none the best team Kia likely has. Every person is friendly and helpful and I never mind staying amd talking when I do my oil changes there.

Even though I was moving to Idaho right after my last service I came back for a business trip and decided to utilize my maintenance package for my car, Richard has always remembered me even with a mask on. He is super nice, helpful and an asset to the dealership. I have dealt with a few other advisors and I hands down would go to him first if given an option. Thank you Richard for your kindness and remembering me it made me feel truly appreciated.
