Richard took thentime to make sure our appointment and rental were taken care of after they vanished from the system (not his fault). So far the car is running great. Will be back in at 1000 more miles for a check up. All in all so far so good.

Richard Palmer is great at making my family feel welcomed ever time we walk into the doors of Kia. When you go to get your car serviced you don’t want to worry about your vehicle. You want to know that it’s taken care of and it will be in the best shape for your family. When my family drops off our vehicles whether it’s a Kia or not, Richard gets the job done with a smile. No matter what car my family gets, I will always take it to Kia and Richard is the first person I call. I came for an appointment and my name was not on the schedule. The appointment was set up by another representative to have a scratch fixed on my car caused during a maintenance service. That representative not only didn’t make note of the appointment but also neglected to make arrangements with the company that was to fix the scratch. I was not happy, having to plan on sitting the afternoon away since no rental was available. Chris however rose to the occasion and did his best to provide service and fix the problem. He salvaged the situation.

Amazing experience as always at west hills! They are transparent and charge good prices! I needed my brakes replaced and was quoted $1100 at les schwab, west hills did it for under $700. I’ll forever trust these guys with my Kia Sportage!
