I just didn't like being offered a package service when I had specific things that I wanted done that wasn't even in that package. I know it's probably just the way things are done but it made me feel like I wasn't being understood.

Parts manager worked with service to figure out headlight problem. Service was completed on time but it seemed like my vehicle info wasn't readily available on computer like normal.

The only reason I keep coming to your service center is because of service reps like Richard Palmer I have worked with him and Mathue Coulson Since I have owned the car. Richard has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and that things are done right . He has fantastic people skills , he lets you know that he really cares about you and how you feel about the service I’m receiving. I enjoy Richard he makes everything light hearted and assures you he will get it fixed. He’s the only one that I work with because I know my car and I will be taken care of.

I wasn’t contacted about my vehicle on Saturday. It was stressed to me that the Service Center closes at 4:00 pm. I called KIA service center at 3:00 pm. I wanted an update. I was told the manager would call me back. Did not hear from anyone. I didn’t expect to hear from anyone on Easter Sunday. Monday, my job required me to fly to Indianapolis. I called the service department from the airport to let them know that I would not be able to pick up my car on that day. Later that day, I received a message from Truc letting me know my car was ready for pick up. It was as if she never received any of the messages I sent to her. Today, I picked my car up. I was very disappointed that my vehicle was not freshly washed and vacuumed! The KIA dealership in Renton, WA would always wash and vacuum my Optima when it was brought in.

Took over 3 and a half hours for a oil change and to get my tire patched up. Not once did the service manager give me any updates or even try and communicate with me about my vehicle. When arriving it took 10 minutes for anyone to come get me(was not the service manager). I saw many times when a customer was waiting for him and he would be gone for 5-10 minutes at a time sometimes longer

Scheduled for Saturday. 4 pm and NO contact until I call and find I will not have a vehicle until maybe Monday? Easter weekend! All I ask is a phone call update so I can make plans. This is the first time I have been very disappointed with the service at KIA. Hope it doesn't happen again!
