That will be fine! Yes, Max was beyond excellent, very caring, professional and helpful. My young grandson comes with me each time I have my car serviced and Max interacts with him rather than ignoring him as if he weren’t there. I appreciate that! I’d like to have Max be my service advisor each time I come. Also, the gentleman today that provided a drink for us (thanks to Max for our coupons) was great! Unfortunately, I didn’t learn his name. I also appreciated Maggie assisting me today making sure we had a comfortable seat where my grandson could easily play with his legos. ???? Thank you for the opportunity to mention these three awesome examples of true customer service. Blessings, Kathleen D

The service part was excellent. The fact that I had to wait a half hour in my car and then to be asked if I was next when for quite a while I was only one left was a little off putting. As many times as they walked by my car they should have known at least where I was in “line”. There were three cars that were taken care of before me as they should have been and then moved out and cleaned and I was left there 20 minutes to wait. This was my first service to get the perma plate on my new CR-V.

Nina was fantastic! But after comparing previous multipoint inspections with the current one I am really disappointed. Are these inspections really getting done? Not to mention my glove box was not attached properly, and fell on the floor when I opened it. I'm a little frustrated, and will be in tomorrow to hopefully speak to the service manager. Thank you Nina for the rocking customer service, but I was let down again..
