Edwin was great but was dissatisfied that recalled parts were not on hand. Was told that no estimated delivery date for the ordered parts. Keeping customers guessing or having a possible long wait for parts doesn’t sit well.

They were not able to complete the job in one day. Also I was not given a review of the works inspection in writing. The car was not washed as requested. I paid the $230 diagnosis for the radio not working and they were not able to fix it without replacing the APIM and I was quoted $1400 for that which was way too much. So I ended up paying over $300 for an oil change. Not a good value for keeping car for 2 days.
